We are a Washington D.C. based Company that is opening a Hong Kong style restaurant in January 2017. We are looking for a Executive Chef . It is prudent that these individuals have experience with Chinese culture especially Hong Kong.
• Ideal candidate would have experience working in Hong Kong, training in Cantonese cuisine, Including dim sum, strong influence on Hong Kong street food as well as western influence in cooking
• Interact with guests and clients to monitor and assess satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly
• Create and implement new menus and individual menu items for outlets based on current food trends and regional tastes in partnership with Food and Beverage Director
